You will also get the chance to meet with the graduate recruitment team and ask them questions about the firm. The second interview will assess your competencies, and you will be asked to demonstrate that you have skills and qualities that the firm wants. The first interview will ask you to read a case study, and then discuss it with two partners. There will be a group exercise involving a mock business scenario, and then two interviews. If you reach the next stage, you will attend an assessment centre. You will then be asked to submit an online test and then a video interview where you’ll answer pre-recorded questions. This asks for your academic record, extra-curricular activities, any work experience and questions about your interest in the firm.
